“It was a pleasure to work with Shane through the whole process of looking for, selecting, and purchasing our new home in Cathedral City, CA.”

He was knowledgeable of the area and matched our preferences as well as assisting us with the purchase price. Even after the sale, Shane has helped us to resolve unexpected issues. We were guided to use his services directly through Zillow as we had not met prior. We closed on our new home on my Birthday and he surprised us with cake and champagne! I would highly recommend Shane as your realtor! Thank you! Ken Barrs

“During a challenging period of escrow Shane maintained control and represented us well as the Buyer's Agent.”

We would have no hesitation working with him in the future.
